Jamie B. Naini received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil B. Humphreys School of Law, where he served as the Research Editor for the University of Memphis Journal of Practice and Procedure. He also received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Entertainment Law. Before forming his own practice, Mr. Naini headed the immigration department at the very prestigious Massey McClusky Law Firm. Since forming his own practice, Mr. Naini has been specializing exclusively in immigration and naturalization law.

Mr. Naini’s law firm has a formidable presence in Federal Immigration Courts and USCIS Offices throughout the United States pertaining to Removal Hearings, Citizenship and Naturalization Interviews, Writs of Mandamus, Marriage and Fiance(e) Cases, various Visa petitions and applications, Labor Certification and Employment-based residence, U.S. Embassy and Consular Processing, Asylum, Removal of Condition Hearings, and Adjustment of Status Interviews, just to name a few.

Mr. Naini’s practice is focused in all areas and aspects of immigration law, with a particular emphasis in deportation and removal defense litigation. Mr. Naini has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits, where he has scored victories for his Clients several times.

Mr. Naini also proudly serves as an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) and has been a speaker at AILA’s Midsouth Chapter. He has written and lectured extensively in all aspects of immigration law on a national level. His articles on immigration law have been published monthly in the United States in several languages where they have found a large following.
